4. Disclaimer of Warranties The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fontsly Keyboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.
