My name is Nikolas, and my career began in the creative world of jewellery design, sculpting wax models for silver casting — a craft that instilled in me precision, structure, and a commitment to quality. Those same principles continue to guide my professional approach: attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and delivering results with consistency.
I later transitioned into the hospitality industry, working across hotels, nightclubs, casinos, and sports bars, eventually managing operations and leading teams in fast-paced, high-energy environments. Time spent in the casino sector, particularly behind the bar, gave me firsthand insight into player engagement, entertainment psychology, and the business side of gaming.
I also played field hockey as a goalie for Sliema Hotsticks, an experience that taught focus, discipline, and resilience — qualities that continue to shape both my personal and professional life.
This foundation sparked a fascination with the digital evolution of gaming. I explored how online casinos and sports betting platforms leverage cutting-edge technology, data analytics, and strategic marketing to create dynamic global entertainment ecosystems. This interest ultimately led me into iGaming affiliate marketing, connecting casinos, sportsbooks, and crypto gaming brands while developing deep expertise in compliance, player acquisition, and digital brand growth.
In 2025, I founded FONEBUZZ, a global parent network connecting a portfolio of innovative online gaming, sports betting, and blockchain entertainment brands across multiple markets and industries. FONEBUZZ provides the backbone for affiliate partnerships, media growth, and digital expansion, supporting a fully connected ecosystem of trusted, forward-thinking, and highly innovative platforms.
Today, I continue to grow within the iGaming and affiliate industry, bridging the gap between platforms, audiences, and technology. My mission is to help shape the next generation of digital entertainment — one that is transparent, globally connected, and built on innovation.
