Foma's Cuisine was born out of a deep love for good food and a desire to bring people together around the dinner table. We believe that food is more than just a meal, it is an experience, a memory and a celebration of life.

We started our journey in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, where we quickly became a beloved name in the community, known for our rich flavours, generous portions and warm hospitality. As our family of loyal customers grew, so did our dream, and we are so proud to have extended our love for cooking to the beautiful island of Dominica.

Every dish on our menu is prepared fresh with carefully selected ingredients, and we take great pride in the quality and taste of everything that leaves our kitchen. From our famous Jollof Rice and Coconut Rice to our crispy Pastries and Special African Soups, every bite tells a story of dedication and passion.
