All information necessary to complete a home sale can be found in the links below.  To get current dues payment status of the seller you may contact the treasurer of the HOA at: folwellridge@gmail.com 

If a Realtor or Title company has the need for additional information, or in a custom format of real estate forms, the requesting party must pay a $100 service fee made payable to Folwell Ridge Townhomes HOA. Mail payment to Folwell Ridge Townhomes c/o TACS 40, 16th St SE, Suite B, Rochester, MN 55904. Documents requested for completion will be done once payment has been received by our accounting agency.
