Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how FOH Calc ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application, available on iOS and Android.

In short: FOH Calc does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. All calculations are performed entirely on your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

FOH Calc is designed to function as a fully offline, on-device calculator. We do not collect:

Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number, etc.)
Account credentials or login information
Location data
Device identifiers used for tracking or advertising
Usage analytics or crash reports
Payment or financial information
Any data you enter into the App (calculations, notes, or figures)

Any values, inputs, or figures you enter into FOH Calc remain solely on your device and are never transmitted to us or any third party.

How the App Works

All calculator functions within FOH Calc are processed locally on your device's hardware. The App does not require an internet connection to perform its core functions, and it does not communicate with any external server operated by us.

Third-Party Services

FOH Calc does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software development kits (SDKs). We do not use services such as Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, or similar tools.

Note: If this changes in the future (for example, if analytics or ads are added), this policy will be updated in advance of the change, and this section will list the specific third parties and what they collect.

App Permissions

FOH Calc does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, location, or other sensitive device permissions, as none of these are needed for the App's calculator functionality.

Note: If your build does request any device permission (e.g., storage access to save/export a file), list it here along with why it's needed.

Data Storage

Any data or preferences you enter (such as saved calculations or settings) are stored locally on your device only, using standard on-device storage. This data is never uploaded, backed up to our servers, or accessible to us. If you delete the App, this locally stored data is removed along with it.

Children's Privacy

FOH Calc does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), because the App does not collect information from any user.

Your Rights

Because FOH Calc does not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. Any data associated with your use of the App exists only on your own device and is fully within your control.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where required, notify users through the App or App Store listing.
