About the producers

ALEXA ALBANESE

Alexa Albanese (she/her) is a comedian, writer, and actor whose comedy has been featured in Boston and New York festivals. She produces her very own sketch comedy-variety show, “Alexa...”, where the subject of the material surrounds a topical event. In the world of stand-up, she can be regularly seen around Boston and Rhode Island, and opened for Gary Gulman at The Comedy Studio.

Learn more about what Alexa’s up to here...and, yes, she has heard, "Alexa...tell me a joke!" before. She'll tell you as many jokes as you'd like.

AMMA MARFO

After years of writing about comedy for The Interrobang, Splitsider, and her own website, Amma (she/her) decided to take to the stage – on the nudge of a dare set for her by her podcast co-hosts. Six years later, she’s appeared at Newport, RI’s Rogue Island Comedy Festival, NYC’s Black Women in Comedy Laff Fest and alongside comedians like Mia Jackson, Alingon Mitra, and Leighann Lord.

Her debut half hour, Enjoy Your Nachos, is available now on YouTube and across streaming audio platforms.

JACK SIMON

Jack Simon (they/them/chairs) is a comedian, improviser, DnD enthusiast, and furniture aficionado. While they got their start in comedy on the stage in Rochester in 2014, they have long been consuming and making content for the internet since their first Neopets fan page in 2007 (and its natural successor, their Avengers fandom Tumblog in 2012). They enjoy making creative, longform jokes to engage their audience, and one of their many comedy goals is to be famous enough and good enough at improv to be on Critical Role.

Feel free to give them a follow on their Instagram and see what content they are making next.

STEPHANIE DALWIN

Steph Dalwin (she/her) is a Boston-based standup comedian. Her style blends satire and observations about everything from her Vietnamese and Jewish identity to her quest to find the perfect chicken nugget.

When Steph isn’t bringing her brutally honest wit to bars, basements, and dog parks, you can find her sipping a single-malt Scotch. Neat.

Steph regularly performs in the Boston area, and you might recognize her from The Comedy Studio.
