These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Focus Lock Pro mobile application (the "Service") operated by Konstantinos Meletiou.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Content and Use

The Service is designed to help users enhance productivity by customizing focus and break sessions, blocking distracting apps, and providing motivational quotes. Users agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and not for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Subscription

Focus Lock Pro offers two subscription plans: a monthly plan at 0.99 USD per month and a yearly plan at 7.99 USD per year. Subscription payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes
