By downloading or using FocusKit ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using FocusKit, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FocusKit on your personal iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
FocusKit offers optional premium subscriptions ("FocusKit Pro") that unlock additional features.
Subscription Plans: Weekly, Yearly, and Lifetime access options are available.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Weekly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, unused portions are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.
Lifetime Access: Lifetime purchases are one-time payments that grant access to Pro features for the lifetime of the App. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time; no refunds are guaranteed in such cases.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
All content, features, and functionality of FocusKit — including but not limited to design, graphics, code, and text — are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
FocusKit is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use FocusKit, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
FocusKit's Strict Mode uses iOS system features to help you minimize distractions. While we strive to make this feature effective, we cannot guarantee that all distracting apps or content will be blocked in all circumstances. You use Strict Mode at your own discretion.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
