2022 Will be a Great Year for Market Research Recruiting

Happy New Year from all of us at Focus Insite! We’ve set some ambitious goals for our company in 2022, and we’re looking forward to getting started. Our clients will continue to see improved service and more offerings. What won’t change is the dedication. attention, and care our team of recruiters give to every project, no matter how challenging.

At the dawn of 2021, our goal was to grow our recruiting teams to meet the demands from our clients. We are happy to report that we knocked it out of the park and expanded our team by 400%! Some of our goals for 2022 will build on what we started in 2021, and we’re excited about continuing to improve our employee and customer experiences.

We’ve written about some of the qualitative research scholarly articles in 2022 in a prior blog, but there are always market research fundamentals that remain the same. Qualitative research remains a valuable tool for companies, from start-ups to legacy brands. Focus groups, in-depth interviews, mobile ethnographies, and social listening tools are tried-and-true methodologies that researchers have used for years with great results. The pandemic forced qualitative research consultant to adopt online tools to continue with qualitative studies, and the past two years have proven that it’s possible to get the valuable results that qualitative studies are known for.

This pandemic has taught us that the best-laid plans can be quickly foiled and being flexible is key. Even if the virus continues to shape-shift in 2022, we are confident that we’ll be able to meet all of the goals we’ve set for ourselves, and that market research recruitment will improve in the New Year.
