We need 30 Working Days from your last event date to complete the post processing works

Client has to select pictures for prints and has to provide by pen drive or link. It takes 10 Working Days to deliver the prints

Song preference for promo/movie is accepted if given before the event date

Correction instructions on post processing works are welcomed within 30 days of softcopy delivery

Hardcopy delivery is valid within 30 days of softcopy delivery

Raw & Edits will be delivered by Google Drive Link. Links will be valid and accessible for 6 months from the delivery date

All service against a contract ends after 2 months of last event date

Minimum 75% payment must be cleared before event dates

Due payment must be cleared at the time of Raw/Edit delivery

The amount in the contract paper is considered as final. There will be no discount/increment of price after finalizing the contract paper.

The client has to bear online transaction charges and EMI charges (if applicable).

The client will be served as per the contract paper. Nothing will be given extra or outside of the contract.

In the case of the unavailability of the desired package, clients can cancel the booking and collect a cash refund.

Focus eye will deliver the DVDs to the client address within 72 hours of the final payment.

focus eye holds the copyright of the photos taken & can use the photos on the Facebook, website, or other social media.

For better single & couple pictures and videos, the client must provide at least 1 hour of uninterruptible portrait sessions.

The client must understand that, all the venues, decoration, lighting, outdoor space are not the same, hence pictures and videos vary widely for those ex-factors.

focus eye is not bound to publish pictures on their FB page.

A client must ensure a smooth working environment for good quality output, otherwise, focus eye will not be liable for failing to provide satisfactory delivery.
