PiCA started as the Fort Collins Partners for Clean Energy (FCP4CE), a coalition that successfully introduced and advocated for the Fort Collins 100% renewable electricity resolution that was passed by the Fort Collins City Council on October 2, 2018, an event commemorated by this photo.
