The Focolare has been present in the Holy Land for more than 40 years and has as its specific goal to work to strengthen and sustain the identity of the Christian community, as well as to create opportunities for the mutual encounter of persons of varying backgrounds.

Margaret Karram, the President of the Focolare Movement, recently said “The Christian community lives and works according to an evangelical style: it can be a gesture of attention, help given spontaneously, unconditional listening, respect for every creature and for the environment... Wherever we look, we see suffering, parched environments, bitterness that take away even the hope. Where a community lives the Gospel, even the desert can flourish.’
In light of the atmosphere we live in, and in preparation for Easter, the Focolare Holy Land is pleased to invite you to the Mariapolis.

The Mariapolis to be held at Talitha Kumi Guest House - Beit Jala
will begin on Friday, March 28, 2025, in the morning (10:00 to 11:30 registration and rooms assignment) and end on Sunday, March 30, 2025, after lunch
Special activities for children and teens are planned
Children under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult.
