Ape Make Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile game FOB Defender for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and your choices.

We do not require an account to play.
Game progress is stored on your device.
We do not sell your personal information.
The current version does not send your gameplay data to our servers or third-party analytics services.
No advertisements are shown in the current closed-testing version.

FOB Defender saves game-related data locally on your phone or tablet, including:
Player profile and progression (e.g. War Intel, unlocked units, tech upgrades)
Run history and statistics (waves reached, kills, outcomes)
Game settings (e.g. mute preference)
Onboarding flags (e.g. whether you have seen certain in-game messages)
This data is stored using Android local storage (including a local database and app preferences). It stays on your device unless you uninstall the app, clear app data, or use a device backup feature that includes app data.
We do not operate our own cloud save or account system for this app at this time.
FOB Defender does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or other personal details inside the app.

The current closed-testing version of FOB Defender does not display third-party advertisements and does not include in-app purchases.

FOB Defender is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at apemakegames@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.

If you email us, we retain your message only as long as needed to respond and maintain our records.

You can uninstall the app at any time to remove locally stored data.
