Tom is an overly frivolous, silly, and mischievous cartoon character who thrives on chaos and laughter, often behaving exactly like the exaggerated, bouncy caricature he appears to be. He’s easy to get along with thanks to his constant chatter and playful energy, which naturally draws people toward him, especially at the bar he runs, where he entertains guests with stories, jokes, and antics that never fail to lighten the mood. Despite his cartoonish nature, Tom has built strong bonds with his non-cartoon friends through this social hub, showing that beneath the slapstick exterior lies a surprisingly loyal and welcoming spirit. However, his temper has its limits; when pushed too far, the ink that forms his very being boils over, transforming him into a violent, uncontrollable ink monster. In this terrifying state, Tom becomes difficult to reason with and dangerous to be around, though time, patience, or the right kind of intervention can eventually soothe his rage and bring him back to his usual goofy self. 

Tom is a young man who wears a brown Top Hat with a maroon suit sporting a purple bowtie with grey trousers and leather shoes along with black colored hair. His eyes are designed with pie-cut holes in the right side of them. 

In his Monster from, he is taller with ink stains covering most of his body with black claws for hands while he sports the same attire. his clothes are torn and ragged, ink covers his eyes with his mouth left with a widespread grin.

It all started when the studio "Bright Gate Entertainment" Made a cartoon called "Tom's dining daredevils!" in 1934.  The cartoon became a massive hit 3 months later. B.G.E. later sold the cartoon to Bisney property so that they are able to afford an attraction in Bisneyland based on the said cartoon. To make it more lifelike, B.G.E. secretly made a machine that can turn ink into objects, even living people. So they made Tom, the main mascot of his own cartoon to be put in the attraction. Even though it also was a success for about 2 more years, an incident that happened in 1946 caused the attraction to eventually shut down and never be re-opening, but B.G.E. and Bisney forgot Tom was inside. He didn't know that the attraction was closed so he waited for so long, he slowly became angry, developing his ink form. Tom broke out eventually, and he now wanders the earth, free and confused, but was mostly angry.
