Dr. Vidhya V Nair is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad. She was born and raised in Kerala, India. She received her B. Tech in Electronics and Biomedical Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, an MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University. She also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine. Her research focuses on investigating brain perfusion and cerebrospinal fluid dynamics across different neurobehavioral states, as well as changes in neurofluid dynamics across cerebrovascular pathologies. Beyond research, she enjoys travel and music.
