The Caucus for Women in Statistics (CWS) and the American Statistical Association (ASA) are pleased to host the third annual Florence Nightingale Day. This event will be held for middle and high school students (grades 8-12) hosted by Ohio State University. This event is open to all students in the US and internationally. Details

What: A celebration of women in statistics and data science! Join us for the Florence Nightingale Day to discover the opportunities for careers in statistics and data science, to do fun activities with data, and to develop connections. This event is free for students.

Who: 8th to 12th grade students (at least 13 years old and before college/university) from around the world with an electronic device and internet connection.

When: November 14th from 12 - 4 pm EST (New York Time)

Where: Virtually using Zoom
