• 1. The Game

• Five Nights At Chimps is a multiplayer VR horror game developed by

• ChimpionProductions. The Game is provided "as is" without warranty

• of any kind, and we may update, modify, or discontinue any part of

• it at any time.

• 2. Account and Conduct

• 
  

• Your in-game account and progress are tied to your Meta Horizon

• account and PlayFab ID. You agree not to:

• - Harass, threaten, or abuse other players

• - Use hacks, cheats, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage

• - Attempt to manipulate or bypass the purchase or currency system

• 
  

• We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these

• rules, including through automated moderation (e.g. our chat

• filter) and manual review of reports.

• 
  

• 3. In-App Purchases

• 
  

• The Game offers optional purchases of virtual currency ("Money"),

• spent exclusively on cosmetic items with no effect on gameplay

• difficulty or outcomes. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary

• value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts,

• or refunded except as required by Meta's platform policies or

• applicable law.

• 4. Multiplayer and Voice Chat

• The Game includes real-time voice chat with other players via

• Photon Engine, and stores account/purchase data via Microsoft

• PlayFab. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

• 5. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at our

• discretion for violations of these terms, without obligation to

• refund any purchases beyond what's required by applicable

• consumer protection law.

• 6. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the

• Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the

• updated terms.
