The second Conference on Formal Models in Linguistics will be held on November 11th-12th 2026 in Moscow, Russia. It is organized by the Laboratory of Formal Models in Linguistics (HSE University, Moscow). The FML Conference aims to provide a platform for discussion of formal studies of natural language, be it within the generative paradigm or outside it. We encourage the use of any valid methodological devices, be it experiements, corpora, elicitation etc.

The conference will be held offline. In case any speakers cannot make it to the venue, they will be given an option of making an online presentation. (But we would like to keep such cases to the minimum).
Languages of the conference: English and Russian
This year, oral presentations will have a 35-minute time limit for each presentation, with the speaker choosing the ratio of time for presentation and questions (20+15 or 25+10).
