Costs and quantities are as per approved building plans and recommended Standards of the Town & Country Planning Authority. The present Township Model is created according to universally applicable practices. The Model consists of only Three Sheets Assumptions, Project Costs and a financial matrix.

The assumption sheet consists of date-wise schedules as per the tenure of the Project, Costing, Funding, Debts, & project Progress are taken in PC sheets & FSA Matrix along with Returns are covered in the Financial sheet.
