Meng Zhang was born into a multi-generational business family in China and has lived in both Chongqing and Hainan. Since the establishment of Hainan Province in the 90s, her family members have actively participated in its development and construction. Influenced by her family from a young age, Meng has firsthand experience of local development and deeply understands the relationship between localities and businesses, providing her with profound insights into Hainan Province's development.
During her university years, Meng participated in multiple domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions projects in China. This includes the restructuring of the largest hotels and shopping malls in Chongqing by state-owned enterprises, as well as the acquisition of overseas factories in the United States and Europe by a listed Chinese company, involving transactions totaling USD 800 million. Through these project experiences, she continuously learns new fields and integrates this expertise into her consulting work.
Meng has been living in Korea since the age of 15 and pursued further education in the United States at the University of Chicago, where she earned a Master's degree in Public Policy. She is proficient in business communication in Korean, English, and Chinese.

张梦自15岁开始在韩国生活，后前往美国深造。她曾在韩国延世大学学习韩语和经济学，并在美国芝加哥大学获得公共政策专业硕士学位。她能够熟练运用韩语、英语和中文进行商务沟通。
Dr. Xi Lee, a member of China's ethnic minority Manchu and the Public Interest Party, currently serves as Executive Director of the China Globalization Think Tank, member of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Vice President of the Chongqing European-American Alumni Association and President of the Canada-United States Division, Vice Chairman of the Chongqing Youth Federation, and also serves as a mentor for the immersive practice course at Harvard Business School MBA program.
Xi has been dedicated to promoting domestic and international exchanges for many years, holding multiple important social positions and actively establishing communication and cooperation with domestic and international business communities, trade and investment promotion agencies, chambers of commerce, and other organizations, innovatively constructing mutually beneficial cooperation networks.
With over 30 years of experience living in the United States, Xi has a thorough understanding of China's government operations and management experience, and is recognized as a composite management talent who understands China's operating system and possesses overseas management thinking.

Dr. Guoyue Hou, is a member of the Chinese Civil Code Compilation Team, and also serves as a visiting scholar at the Supreme People's Court, a professor at the School of Civil and Commercial Law at Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and as a supervisor for doctoral candidates and postdoctoral cooperative mentors.
He additionally holds positions as Director of the Civil Code National Education Public Base and Deputy Director of the Applied Legal Studies Research Base at the Supreme People's Court.
Dr. Hou's team specializes in corporate law, financial law, labor law, and international civil and commercial law. They provide services to the Chinese government, state-owned enterprises, and large multinational corporations both domestically and internationally.
