Flight Safety

If you have experienced any technical, procedural, or human issue relevant to your or others flight safety your may submit a report. By default the report is anonymous and its sole purpose is to identify risks and hazards and if necessary implement mitigating means. The report will be received only by the Safety Manager.

A simple description of the experienced situation can be usefull to be able to avoid it in the future but of course the more details you provide in your report will help our team to have a better understanding of the event.
