1.About Air Asia X

AirAsia X, also known as AirAsia X Berhad, is an airline with a low-cost long-haul base in Malaysia. It is a sister business to AirAsia. AirAsia X is a low-cost affiliate airline of AirAsia Group that flies in Asia Pacific.

AirAsia also has subsidiaries in Indonesia AirAsia, Indonesia AirAsia, and Indonesia AirAsia.

AirAsia X was founded in 2001. It has hubs at Kuala Lumpur and Penan as well as Johor Bahru, Penan and Kuching. AirAsia X has a core fleet consisting of 29 A330 300s. Each aircraft has 12 Premium Flatbeds and 365 seats for Economy. The airline has carried over 15 million passengers since the first long-haul flights. AirAsia X introduced Premium Flatbeds seats for low-cost carriers that fly long distances. These seats have the size of 20 inches in width and 60-inch pitch, and can be moved to a full-reclined position.

Tablets that are preloaded with six hours of battery time, the Xcite Tab can be used to keep you entertained on the AirAsia X flight. The Xcite Tab can be rented on all AirAsia X flights except those to New Zealand or Nepal.

4. Air Asia X Popular Destinations and Hubs

AirAsia X (AAX) is an affiliate airline of AirAsia Aviation Group that operates medium long-haul and medium-haul flights. It announces new services to Melbourne (Tullamarine), Perth, Australia and Auckland in New Zealand. The flights will be accessible from 1 November 2022.

These routes are part of the airline's strong growth strategy. The airline plans to run 13 routes in the coming year, including Sydney, New Delhi and Seoul, Tokyo and Sapporo.

You will need the following information to check in:

* Check in at least 7 days prior to departure, and as early as 4 hours before.

* You must validate your Web/Kiosk Web/Kiosk passport at the Self Check-In counter if you're traveling to international destinations. It is not possible to use your ticket until you have valid proof of authenticity.

* You must comply with the Article 6.6 (Document Advisory), and Article 6.5 ("Travel Documents") of AirAsia's Terms and Conditions of Carriage.

* You are not a special-needs passenger. This includes passengers traveling with infants and expectant mothers.
