Welcome to FlyMate ("we," "our," or "us"). FlyMate is an AI-powered travel planning application developed by TB Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.
Account information — name, email address, and password when you create an account
Profile preferences — travel style, budget range, preferred destinations, dietary restrictions, and accessibility needs you choose to provide
Trip data — destinations, dates, traveler counts, and other details you enter when generating itineraries
Chat messages — conversations you have with the AI assistant
Saved content — trips, itineraries, and favorites you save within the App
Usage data — features used, screens visited, buttons tapped, session duration, and in-app actions
Device information — device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
Log data — IP address, app crash reports, performance data, and error logs
Local storage — trip data and preferences stored locally on your device via AsyncStorage
We do not collect precise GPS or real-time location data
We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or photo library unless you explicitly grant permission for a specific feature
We do not collect payment information directly (handled by third-party payment processors if applicable)
We use the information we collect to:
Provide and operate the App — generate AI trip itineraries, power the chat assistant, and sync your saved trips
Personalize your experience — tailor destination suggestions and itinerary details to your preferences
Improve the App — analyze usage patterns to fix bugs, optimize performance, and develop new features
Communicate with you — send service-related notifications, security alerts, and updates (with your consent where required)
Ensure safety and security — detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, abuse, and other illegal activities
Comply with legal obligations — respond to lawful requests from public authorities
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
FlyMate uses artificial intelligence to generate travel itineraries and power the chat assistant. When you submit trip requests or chat messages:
Your input is transmitted to our AI processing servers to generate a response
Inputs may be used in aggregated, anonymized form to improve AI model quality
We do not use your personal travel data to build individual advertising profiles
AI responses are generated content and should be verified before making travel bookings or decisions
Local storage — trip data and preferences are stored on your device and remain until you uninstall the App or clear app data
Server storage — if account features are enabled, your data is stored on secure servers and retained for as long as your account is active
Account deletion — upon request, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
Anonymized data — aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained indefinitely
We may share your information with:
Service providers — third-party vendors who assist in operating the App (cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, AI processing), bound by confidentiality agreements
Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred; you will be notified before any such transfer
Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or governmental authority
Protection of rights — to protect the rights, property, or safety of TB Studio, our users, or the public
We do not share your personal information for third-party advertising purposes.
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. This policy does not govern those services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access, including:
