Summary of the first Transnational Project Meeting

At the end of November, the first transnational meeting of all the implementation teams took place at a partner school in the Greek city of Xanthi. Basically, the main purpose of the meeting was get to know each other, to plan the main activities of the project, to share the responsibilities, to deal the financial issues and plan the implementation of project activities and the mobilities. The meeting was attended by four Swedish teachers, three Spanish and three Czech teachers. At the beginning all the teachers introduce their countries, towns, schools and education system by short presentations, we met all the colleagues from Greek school, visited the school, the town of Xanthi, visited the nearby nature reserve of lakes with migratory flamingos, pelicans, herons and cormorants, but also negotiated, planned and prepared a plan for the implementation of project activities and international student exchanges . The meeting was held in a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The program for the first exchange trip to be held in Zaragoza, Spain, was very carefully planned, and now students of all participating schools can look forward to January, when they meet new friends from other countries and start working on the project. There were also set up activities that must be done by the teachers and students before the first mobility.
