The objective is to deepen understanding of the official Toastmasters Club brand manual, value the brand, and create a cool flyer within the rules that have been established. We also aim to create a sense of unity in the Toastmasters Club brand image by actually using the flyer, and to further increase its visibility.

▼ Contest Rules ▼

Flyers (A4 size or square; both single-sided & double-sided are acceptable) promoting your club or your club's event must be created and submitted (uploaded) via Google Form within the deadline, following the rules in the brand manual. The submitted flyers will be posted on our website page, and the top 3 flyers will be voted for and a special prize will be selected by the PR team.


  • In order to make the contest fair, the PR team will not assist in creating the flyer.

  • Only one entry per club.

  • You cannot vote for your own club.

①Information Session at ZOOM（Japanese ONLY）

We will have an information session at ZOOM. Attendance at the information session is not mandatory. If you already know the brand manual, please start working on the flyer. please start working on the flyer.

All participants in the briefing will receive a "Template for making flyers with PPT". For English clubs, please request directly to Nakaseko (t.nakaseko@gmail.com)any time after August 12th.

【Important Notes】

Clubs that win the contest will be reimbursed by District 76 only for the cost of Google, Twitter, or YouTube ads, in the amount determined for each placement. With that in mind, please read the following two points and register for this contest only if you agree to them.


①Each club is responsible for the creation of its own flyer. District 76 is not responsible for any technical assistance with advertising and promotion.

②In the event of actual advertising, the advertising fee must first be paid by the club (or individual), and the equivalent amount will be paid by District 76 ONLY IF receipts are received within the January 31, 2023 deadline.
