These Terms and Conditions apply to the mobile application Flyer Creator (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) developed by Individual developer (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) and offered as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application. Copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse-engineering the Application, or any part of it, is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.


1. Use of the Application

The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, they reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Application or charge for certain features at any time, with clear notice provided for any such charges.

The Application may store or process personal data that you have provided to deliver its services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and affect the Application’s functionality.


2. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. You are encouraged to review them:

3. Internet Connectivity and Charges

Certain features of the Application require an active internet connection, which may be provided by Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application’s reduced functionality due to poor or unavailable network access.

If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider may charge for data usage or other network-related fees. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for these charges, including potential roaming charges. If you are not the device’s bill payer, you must have authorization from the person responsible for the account.


4. Responsibility and Limitations

While the Service Provider makes every effort to keep the Application updated and accurate, they rely on third-party sources and cannot guarantee full accuracy or availability. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains functional and charged. The Service Provider will not be responsible for any service interruption caused by device failure.


5. Updates and Termination

The Application may be updated from time to time to meet operating system requirements or introduce new features. You agree to install these updates to continue using the Application.

The Service Provider may, at their discretion, terminate the Application or certain features without prior notice. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will cease, and you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.


6. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly for any updates. Notification of changes will be provided by posting the revised Terms on this page.
