# Privacy Policy — Flycats Games
**Last updated: 17 August 2026**
This Privacy Policy explains how Flycats handles information in its puzzle games: **Balance,
Laser Mirrors, One Line, Push & Escape, Rotate Path, Sequence Lock, Shadow Match, Signal Flow**
and **Fold It**.
It describes only these games. Other Flycats apps — including Unblock Red and Money Manager —
have their own policies, because they handle data differently.

## 1. What these games collect
We collect only what is needed to run the games, keep them stable, and show advertising:
- **Gameplay events** — which level was opened, whether it was finished or left, moves taken,
time spent, stars earned, hints used, and equivalent measures in each game
- **Screens viewed** inside the app
- **In-game language** and a coarse indication of how far you have progressed
- **Crash and diagnostic data** — device model, operating system version, app version, and the
technical stack trace of an error
- **Advertising and consent state** — which ads were shown or failed, and whether you agreed to
personalised advertising
We do **not** collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, messages, photos,
precise location, or payment card details.
## 2. What these games do *not* do
Stated plainly, because other apps in this category commonly do these things and we want the
difference to be clear:
- **No cloud accounts and no cloud save.** Your progress is stored on your device only. If you
uninstall a game or clear its data, that progress is gone and we cannot restore it.
- **No in-app purchases.** These games contain no store, no paid items and no billing
integration of any kind.
- **No selling of personal information**, and no sharing of it with anyone beyond the service
providers listed in section 5.
One game, **Balance**, creates an anonymous Firebase identifier so that repeat sessions from the
same installation can be counted as one player rather than many. It carries no name, email or
password, and it is not used to sync anything.
## 3. Analytics, and how to turn it off
We use **Google Firebase Analytics** to learn which levels frustrate players and which parts of
a game go unused. The events are about the game, not about you.
**Every one of these games has an *Anonymous analytics* switch in its Settings screen.** Turning
it off stops collection immediately — not on the next launch — and nothing is queued while it is
off. Laser Mirrors is the exception: the setting exists but has no Settings screen to reach it
from yet, and will get one.
Analytics is also disabled entirely in development builds, so our own testing never enters the
data.
## 4. Crash reporting
We use **Google Firebase Crashlytics** to find crashes and errors. A crash report includes the
device model, operating system and app version, the technical stack trace, and which level was
open at the time.
## 5. Advertising
These games show advertising through **Google AdMob** — banners, full-screen ads between levels,
and optional rewarded ads you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game hint.
Where the law requires it, the game uses **Google's User Messaging Platform** to ask for your
consent before showing personalised advertising, and to let you change that answer later. If you
decline, you will still see advertising, but it will not be personalised.
Google and its advertising partners process device and advertising information under their own
privacy policies.
## 6. Remote configuration
We use **Google Firebase Remote Config** to adjust non-sensitive settings without shipping an
update — mainly how often full-screen ads may appear, and a switch to stop them entirely if they
misbehave. It sends no personal data.
## 7. Where data is stored
Game progress, settings and preferences are stored **on your device**. Analytics and crash data
are processed by Google on our behalf.
## 8. Service providers
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config)
- Google AdMob
- Google User Messaging Platform
Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
## 9. Children
These are general-audience puzzle games. They are not directed at children and we do not
knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising and consent behaviour follow
the applicable legal requirements and Google Play policies.
## 10. Retention
Data on your device stays until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Analytics data is
retained by Google Analytics for **14 months**; crash data is retained under Firebase
Crashlytics' own retention schedule.
## 11. Your choices
- Turn **Anonymous analytics** off in the game's Settings
- Change your advertising consent from the privacy option in the game, where offered
- Clear the app's data from Android Settings
- Uninstall the game
## 12. Changes
We update this policy when the games, their features, or the law change. The revised version
appears on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
