As shown in the figures below, we have made the project's Work and Functional Breakdown Structures. On the left, the FBS is presented which structure is based on an article where a multi-copter was hierarchically decomposed. On the right, the 13 phases of the WBS are shown which were developed based on the best way to manage our deliveries and documentation.
