Payment is charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew for the same price and duration unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal via your iTunes Account Settings.
No cancellation is allowed during the active subscription period. Free trial cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges. Unused trial portions are forfeited upon purchase.
