# Privacy Policy — Fluid Simulation for Watch

Host the HTML file `PRIVACY_POLICY.html` on a public HTTPS page and paste that URL into Play Console → App content → Privacy policy.
This policy describes how AppsByteDev (“we”, “us”) handles information in the Wear OS app **Fluid Simulation for Watch** (the “App”).
## 1. Summary
The App is a standalone watch toy that paints fluid on your screen. It does **not** require an account, does **not** include ads or analytics SDKs, does **not** use the internet, and does **not** collect, sell, or share personal information with us.
## 2. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, contacts, photos, health data, payment data, or advertising IDs.
The App does not include a network permission and does not send data to our servers. We do not operate a backend for this App.
## 3. Information stored only on your watch
To remember how you like the App, it may store settings locally on the device, such as:
- the selected fluid mode (for example Flow, Comet, or Touch)
- Tune values you set (splat size, fade, brushes, speed, bloom, rays, Auto or Touch)
- whether you have already seen the How to overlay
These values stay in the App’s private storage on the watch. They are not uploaded to us. Cloud backup and device-to-device transfer of this App’s data are disabled.
Touch and gestures are used only to paint the simulation and to change modes. We do not record or transmit your touches.
## 4. Permissions
The App does not request extra Android permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or nearby devices. It uses the watch screen and touch input that Wear OS already provides to a normal app.
## 5. Sharing, sale, and advertising
We do not sell personal information. We do not share App data with advertisers, analytics companies, or other third parties, because we do not collect it. The App contains no ads, no in-app purchases, and no third-party tracking libraries.
## 6. Children
The App is a general-audience entertainment experience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through this App, contact us and we will delete it. (This App does not provide a way to submit personal information.)
## 7. Data retention and deletion
Local settings remain on the watch until you clear the App’s storage or uninstall the App. Uninstalling removes those local settings. Because we do not hold your data on our servers, there is no online account or remote profile to delete.
## 8. Security
Settings never leave the device through this App. Keep your watch locked with a PIN, pattern, or other Wear OS lock so other people cannot open the App on your wrist.
## 9. Services we do not control
Google Play, Wear OS, and your watch manufacturer may collect device, install, or crash information under their own policies when you download or run apps. That collection is not done by the App and is not controlled by us. See Google’s Privacy Policy and your device maker’s policy for details.
## 10. International users
If you are in the EEA, UK, or a similar jurisdiction: we do not process personal data about you through this App. There is no profiling, no targeted advertising, and no transfer of App user data to us.
## 11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. If the App later collects personal information (for example if we add an online feature), we will update this policy and the Play Store Data safety form before that change takes effect.
