• Audio Data: We access your device's microphone to provide real-time speech feedback. This audio is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or stored permanently unless explicitly saved by you for progress tracking.

• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous information about how you interact with the app (e.g., session length, features used) to improve app performance.

• Personal Information: We only collect personal information, such as your email address, if you voluntarily provide it through our support contact form. 

3. Data Storage & Retention

Any speech progress data or recordings you choose to save are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a database of your personal speech recordings on our servers. We retain support-related emails only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry. 

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to outside parties. We only share data with service providers (such as analytics tools) that adhere to privacy standards equal to our own and are necessary for app functionality. 

5. User Rights & Consent

• Revoking Consent: You can revoke microphone access at any time through your iOS Device Settings.

• Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of any personal data we hold (such as support emails) by contacting us at david.jiao.2023@gmail.com. 

6. Children’s Privacy

Fluent Space does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us for immediate removal.
