3. Text Processing

To provide AI-powered features, text submitted through the application or keyboard may be transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing.

Examples include:

• Text is processed only when you explicitly initiate an AI action, such as tapping Generate.

• We do not continuously monitor, record, or store everything you type.

4. Keyboard Extension

The FluentKey AI keyboard processes text only when you actively use an AI feature.

The keyboard does not:

• Record all keystrokes

• Monitor typing activity continuously

• Store complete typing history

• Track activity across applications

On iOS, the keyboard requires Allow Full Access to connect to the internet and provide AI-generated responses.

Without Full Access enabled, certain AI features may not function.

5. Subscription Services

FluentKey AI offers optional premium subscriptions and in-app purchases.

Subscription payments are processed entirely by:

• Apple App Store

• Google Play Store

We do not receive or store:

• Credit card numbers

• Debit card numbers

• Banking information

• Payment passwords

To provide premium access, we may receive limited subscription-related information from Apple or Google, such as:

• Subscription status

• Product identifiers

• Purchase validation information

This information is used solely to unlock and manage premium features.

6. Local Storage

FluentKey AI may store limited information locally on your device, including:

App settings

Keyboard preferences

Subscription status cache

• Google Gemini (AI Processing)

• Apple App Store Services

• Supabase (Application infrastructure)

We share data with Google Gemini API solely to process your requested AI actions (such as translation or rewriting). Google Gemini operates under its own strict data protection standards, and we ensure that this third-party provider provides the same or equal protection of your transmitted data as described in this privacy policy.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

We do not share user information with advertisers or data brokers.

Information is shared only when necessary to provide requested services, such as AI processing or subscription validation.

FluentKey AI does not maintain a database of user-submitted text for AI generation.

Any temporary processing is limited to what is necessary to provide the requested service.

Locally stored settings remain on your device until removed by the user or when the application is uninstalled.
