Terms of Use — FL Tracker

By using FL Tracker ("Application"), you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Nature of the Application

FL Tracker is a productivity and project-tracking tool designed to help freelancers organize projects, track progress, and record financial information.

The Application is not accounting software, financial advisory software, or a payment processing service.

2. No Affiliation Disclaimer

FL Tracker is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any freelance marketplace, payment platform, or third-party service.

References to platforms are for organizational purposes only.

3. Accuracy & No Warranty

Financial insights, calculations, charts, estimates, and analytics provided by the Application are for informational purposes only.

The developer does not guarantee:

• calculation accuracy,

• tax correctness,

• platform fee accuracy, or

• financial outcomes.

Users must independently verify all financial information before making business decisions.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

3.1 Price Suggestions

Price suggestions and pricing insights provided by the Application are generated using project history, user activity, and internal estimation systems for informational purposes only.

These suggestions do not constitute financial, legal, accounting, tax, or professional advice. Final pricing decisions and agreements remain solely between the user and their client.

4. Time Tracking Features

Timers and productivity tools are provided as assistance features only. The developer is not responsible for lost time records, incorrect logs, or missed billable hours.

5. Invoices & Legal Compliance

Invoices generated by the Application are templates intended for record-keeping purposes only.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local tax laws, legal requirements, and invoicing standards applicable in their country.

6. Currency Conversion

Currency conversions rely on third-party data sources and may not reflect real-time market or bank exchange rates.

7. Data Storage & Backups

All data is stored locally on the user's device unless explicitly exported by the user.

The developer is not liable for data loss caused by:

• device failure,

• app removal,

• operating system updates, or

• cleared device storage.

Users are encouraged to create backups regularly.

8. User Responsibility

Users remain fully responsible for business decisions, financial actions, and outcomes derived from information recorded within the Application.

9. In-App Purchases

Optional purchases (such as ad removal) are processed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Refunds and billing issues must be handled through the respective store provider. Purchase validation is managed through RevenueCat.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are managed via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings after purchase.

FL Tracker does not process, handle, or have access to any payment transactions. All payment disputes must be directed to Google Play Support or Apple App Store Support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for financial loss, business interruption, missed income, or damages resulting from use of the Application.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Sri Lanka.

Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Application shall be instituted in a competent court in Sri Lanka. You and the Developer agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts.

12. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
