Description: This program provides resources to promote the health of communities, schools, and students. Additionally, they offer The National School District Wellness Coalition as a resource for district leaders to engage in a community of practice to learn best practices, and share successes and challenges. District partnership grants and support are available. A School Health Index is available to help understand which school health policies and best practices your school or district has/does not have in place that support healthy students (and staff).

National Diabetes Prevention Program
