These Terms & Conditions apply to the AI Viral Video Effects - FLQ app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, provided as a freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes.

You must not attempt to extract source code, reverse engineer, or create derivative versions.
All intellectual property rights (including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights) remain the property of the Application owner.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The Application may require an internet connection.
You are responsible for data charges incurred through your mobile provider.
Roaming charges may apply if used outside your region.
The Application may not function properly without a stable internet connection.

These services operate under their own Terms & Conditions. We are not responsible for their practices.
If you upload images that contain faces, the following applies:
What we process — Images may include faces, which are processed to apply filters, effects, enhancements, or AI transformations you request.
What we DO NOT collect — We do not collect, store, or derive biometric identifiers such as facial recognition data, face geometry, faceprints, or face templates.
How face data is used — Face-related information is used solely to generate the output you requested. We do not use it for identification, verification, tracking, profiling, or advertising.
Storage & retention — Uploaded images are stored temporarily during processing only and are deleted automatically after processing completes.
Sharing — We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer face data or your images to third parties for their own purposes.
AI training — Your images, prompts, and any face data contained in them are not used to train our own or any third party's AI models.
Uploaded images and prompts — deleted from our servers after processing completes
Generated images — stored on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App
Device identifier and usage counters — retained while your installation remains active, for quota and abuse-prevention purposes
Analytics and crash data — retained in aggregated or pseudonymised form per our providers' standard retention periods
Purchase records — retained as required for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes
While we aim to provide a reliable service:
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Application.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services or inaccurate information.
We are not responsible if the app becomes unavailable or incompatible with your device.
The Application may be updated periodically, and you agree to install updates when available.
We may suspend or terminate the Application at any time without prior notice.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete it if necessary.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application means you accept the changes.
