Professional development is a key component of the C2L-PHL program. Teen Leadership Assistants must actively participate during in-branch meetings, in-person trainings, and self-directed learning in order to meet the obligations of this program.

All in-person trainings will take place on the 4th Floor of the Parkway Central Library from 10am-1pm.
Fall Semester is November 3 through December 19
November 8 - Opening Session for ALL new and returning Teen Leaders
November 12 - Complete the Orientation Quiz!
March 29 - Closing Session and Raffle Drawing
You will receive a survey from Hello Insight via email regarding your experience with the C2L-PHL program. It should only take about 10 minutes. Your input will help shape the future of the C2L-PHL program.
Self-directed professional development should take 1 hour per week throughout C2L the semester. Completion of this portion of your professional development must take place outside of your scheduled work time, but should preferably take place at your assigned library. Please discuss the weekly PD activities with your Supervising Librarian and have them sign off when you get BINGO!
