Professional development is a key component of the C2L-PHL program. Teen Leadership Assistants must actively participate during in-branch meetings, in-person workshops, and self-directed learning in order to meet the internship requirements of this program.

Orientation & Workshops
This semester, the orientation for Teen Leadership Assistants is online. You must view the TLA Orientation Video and complete the TLA Orientation Quiz with a passing grade of 80%.
Both in-person workshops will take place on the 4th Floor of the Parkway Central Library from 10am-1pm.

October 24th - Opening Workshop at Parkway Central
October 26th - Complete Orientation Quiz
November 20th - Submit the Hello Insight Survey
November 21st - Closing Workshop at Parkway Central
December 4th - ALL library hours must be completed
December 11th - Submit the Financial Literacy Survey
NOTE: Please complete the check-in survey from Hello Insight and the Financial Literacy survey. You can also find these links in your email. Both should only take about 10 minutes. Your input will help shape the future of the C2L-PHL program.
