My debut poetry collection, How She Still Swims is out now!
This project truly forced me to continously shift my perspective and does so every time I come back to it. Being drawn to nature and the mystical motivated me to bring this story to life. Other themes included are long-term depression, femininity in a masculine world, and physical anxiety through the eyes of a water spirit. I hope you enjoy it.

About me:
After months of online training, I received my teaching certification in May of 2024 through Yogarenew. Since then, I've taught independently through my business, Flow with Faith. Classes I have taught range from privates to groups of 8, both in Hatha and Yin styles. I am continuously pursuing higher education, and am currently enrolled in an 85-hour prenatal yoga course.
Yoga has taught me so much about myself and my body; I will forever be grateful for it. The mindfulness it has taught me is something I carry with me every day.
Art was my outlet before I discovered yoga. Now I'm lucky enough to have them both.
