1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Subscriptions and Credits
Plans: We offer Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly subscription plans.
Credit Limit: Each plan comes with a specific credit/token limit as described in the app.
Renewals: Subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store). They auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Usage: Credits are deducted based on the length of text processed.
3. No Refund Policy All purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. Refunds, if any, must be requested directly through the Apple App Store. We do not provide direct refunds for used credits.
4. Prohibited Activities You agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes or to generate content that violates Apple’s safety guidelines, including hate speech or harmful content.
5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall the App owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or the Google TTS output.
