FlowSheet (“the app”) is a project and task management application designed with an offline-first approach and optional cloud synchronization.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

FlowSheet does not collect personal data for advertising or analytics purposes.
The app may access the following only when you choose to enable cloud features:
• Google Account Information
When you sign in with Google, FlowSheet may access your basic profile information such as email address and display name, only to enable cloud sync.
• User Content (Projects & Tasks)
Tasks and project data are stored locally on your device.
If you enable sync, selected project data may be uploaded to your own Google Drive and Google Sheets.
2. How We Use Information
We use information only to provide core app functionality, including:
• Google authentication
• Creating and syncing spreadsheets in your Google Drive
• Restoring project backups on new devices
• Displaying sync status and conflict warnings
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
3. Cloud Sync & Google Services
FlowSheet uses Google APIs (Drive and Sheets) only for user-requested sync actions.
Important notes:
• Sync is always manual
• No background uploads occur
• Data is stored inside your own Google Drive account
4. Data Storage
• Local Storage:
Projects and tasks are stored locally using device storage.
• Cloud Storage (Optional):
If enabled, project backups are stored in Google Sheets files inside a dedicated FlowSheet folder in your Google Drive.
5. Data Sharing
FlowSheet does not share your data with advertisers, analytics providers, or external companies.
Your data remains private and under your control.
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data.
However, no system is completely secure, and you are responsible for protecting access to your Google account.
7. Children’s Privacy
FlowSheet is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
