Welcome to Flow Rituals. By using our mobile application and website, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully, as they form a gentle agreement between you and our team.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flow Rituals, you confirm that you are at least 4 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 4, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

2. The Wellness Experience

Nadya - Daily Wellness Rituals provides aesthetic ritual cards, moodboards, and tracking tools for personal inspiration and mindful growth.

• Not Medical Advice: The content provided in our ritual packs (e.g., "Morning Drinks," "Soft Discipline") is for informational and aesthetic purposes only. We are not medical professionals. Always consult with a healthcare provider before making significant changes to your health or wellness routine.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

To access our premium ritual packs and advanced stats, we offer different subscription plans.

• Billing: Payments are processed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s subscription settings. Refunds are handled by the respective app stores.

4. User Content & Moodboards

Our app allows you to save ritual cards to a personal "Moodboard" and share cards to social media.

• Your Privacy: Your Moodboard is yours. We do not claim ownership of your personal collections.

• Sharing: When you use our "Share" functionality, you are responsible for the content you post to third-party platforms (like Instagram or Pinterest).

5. Intellectual Property

All ritual cards, custom imagery, code, and themed pack designs are the property of Flow Rituals and protected by copyright laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own private wellness journey. Commercial use of our ritual cards or imagery is strictly prohibited.

6. Community & Conduct

We want to keep this space aesthetic and peaceful. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Attempt to "scrape" or extract our ritual card data or imagery.

• Interfere with the app's performance or security.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Rituals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or the rituals suggested within it. Your wellness journey is personal and taken at your own discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as we grow. We will notify you of any major changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
