• Images uploaded by you (profile, diary, private gallery)

• Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud)

• Supabase Storage (for images)

• Local device storage (for app settings)

We do NOT sell your personal data.

We only share data with:

• Firebase (Google)

• Supabase (storage provider)

Or when required by law.

5. Sensitive Data Handling

All health-related data is treated as sensitive.

You provide this data voluntarily and can delete it at any time, either by removing individual entries or by deleting your account. 

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only while your account is active.

You can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion:

• All your personal data

• All sensitive health data

• All uploaded images and media

are immediately and permanently deleted from our systems, including Firebase Firestore and Supabase Storage.

We do not retain backups of your personal data after deletion.

7. Security

We use:

• Encryption

• Secure authentication

• Access controls

However, no system is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You can:

• Edit or delete your data

• Request account deletion

• Stop using the app anytime

9. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for users under 13 years of age.

10. Notifications

Flowora may send notifications to improve your experience, including:

• Period reminders

• Mood or health tracking reminders

• App-related updates

Notifications are sent using system services on your device.

You can control or disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

We do not use notifications for spam or unrelated marketing purposes.

Flowora provides a simple way for users to delete their account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account using one of the following methods:

• Inside the app:
  Go to Settings > Delete Account

• Or request via email:

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your account, we immediately and permanently delete:

• Your account information (name, email, age, profile image)

• All health and sensitive data (period tracking, symptoms, mood, etc.)

• All diary entries and your notes

• All uploaded images and media
