Our Privacy Policy

With Flow Nutrition, we follow the approach of common sense privacy rules. Please read the following information on how we manage your data:


  1. We do not sell any of your data. Period.

  2. Flow Nutrition stores your saved meal logs to our cloud database backed by Google's Firebase Firestore. This is done to simplify storing/retrieving data.

  3. Flow Nutrition collects anonymous analytics to help us understand how our anonymous users use our app so that we can better understand which features are working well and which features are not. Again, we do not sell any information collected.

  4. We do not make use of Apple's IDFA ID (not even with Firebase Analytics) so that means your information is never linked with 3rd parties.


Again, we never sell any of your data to anyone. We only use anonymous data to help us build a better app for you!
