Oral Presentation Guidelines
Each presentation in the regular sessions is allocated 20 minutes (invited lectures: 30 minutes).
Regular sessions speakers are encouraged to prepare a 15-minute presentation, allowing 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
A computer and projector will be available in the conference room.
Presentation Setup
Using the room computer (recommended):
Please upload your presentation to the room computer before your session begins.
Ensure your slides are tested in advance.
Using your own computer:
Make sure you bring any necessary adapters.
Test your setup in the presentation room before the session.
HDMI connectivity is available in the room.
Poster Guidelines
Poster sessions will be held during coffee breaks at the following times:
Monday, 27 April (16:00 – 16:30)
Tuesday, 28 April (16:00 – 16:30)
Posters will remain on display until Tuesday evening in the area where coffee breaks and lunches take place, providing additional opportunities for discussion.
Poster Requirements
The top of the poster must include:
Title
Author(s)
Affiliation(s)
All text and visuals (figures, charts, images) should be clearly readable from a distance of at least 1.5 meters.
Posters must be in A0 format:
Width: 85 cm
Height: 120 cm
