HabitFlow – Term of Use

Thank you for using HabitFlow ("we," "our," or "us"). We are dedicated to creating meaningful, privacy-focused wellness tools that help you build better habits and improve your daily life.
These Terms govern your use of the HabitFlow mobile application ("App").

By using HabitFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
If you are using HabitFlow on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" refer to that organization.

1. Data Privacy and Local Storage

IMPORTANT: HabitFlow stores all personal data (habits, moods, sleep, and wellness logs) locally on your device only.
We do not operate external servers and do not collect, transmit, or store personal information outside your device.

All data remains private within your device’s secure storage (Core Data).
Optional features like iCloud sync (if enabled) follow Apple’s encryption and privacy standards.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

HabitFlow Premium unlocks advanced features such as insights, analytics, mood trends, and enhanced customization.

Auto-Renewing Subscription Terms

• Subscription payments are charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation.
  
  

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  
  

• Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  
  

• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
  
  

• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  
  

PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION: Pricing displayed within the App and may vary by region.

Free Trial

If a free trial is available:

• It automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  
  

• You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
  
  

Subscription Management

• Manage subscriptions via Settings › [Your Name] › Subscriptions.
  
  

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
  
  

• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.
  
  

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble HabitFlow.
  
  

• Interfere with the operation or security of HabitFlow.
  
  

• Access or modify non-public systems of the App.
  
  

• Transmit harmful software, spam, or malicious code.
  
  

• Use HabitFlow in violation of any law or regulation.
  
  

• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
  
  

• Infringe upon any intellectual property rights.
  
  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

• HabitFlow, its logo, and related trademarks are owned by us.
  
  

• The App is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
  
  

• You retain ownership of your local data (habits, moods, etc.).
  
  

• You may export or delete your data at any time.
  
  

5. Privacy and Data Handling

HabitFlow adheres to a zero data collection policy:

• No data is transmitted to our servers.
  
  

• All information is securely stored on your device.
  
  

• RevenueCat is used solely for anonymous subscription verification.
  
  

• No third-party trackers, ads, or analytics SDKs are embedded.

6. Limitation of Liability

• HabitFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  
  

• We are not liable for data loss, health outcomes, or decisions made using the App.
  
  

• Your use of HabitFlow is at your own risk.
  
  

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for HabitFlow Premium.
  
  

7. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

HabitFlow is not a medical or therapeutic tool.
It is designed for personal self-improvement and mindfulness only.
Always consult a qualified health professional for medical advice.

8. Termination

By You:
You may stop using HabitFlow and delete the App at any time.
You may also cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

By Us:
We may suspend or terminate your use of the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
If we discontinue HabitFlow, we will provide reasonable notice and data export options.

9. DMCA and Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights.
If you believe our app infringes your copyright, contact us via the channels below.
As HabitFlow stores all data locally, copyright issues primarily concern app content—not user data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction (as defined by your country or region’s App Store).
Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Updates will be announced in-app and via the App Store.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document reflects the latest revision.
Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
