Signing Up

Step 1

Fill out our sign-up google form with your child. Once you have submitted it, please email flowers2empower@gmail.com, and we will add you to the contact list so you will start getting emails from us.

Step 2

Now you and your child need to print out these forms and fill them out with your signatures. Then, bring them filled out to the first event you come to! 

Without these, you will not be able to leave your child with us. 

Step 3

After you do the form, we will email you back and you will start receiving regular emails from us. Information on how to sign up for events will be listed in the weekly emails.

At the bottom of all the weekly emails, there are links to our sign up genius so you can sign up for events even if they are not advertised in the email.
