Welcome to Flow Clean Lite ("App," "we," "our," or "us"). GARDNER AESTHETICS LLC developed Flow Clean Lite as a free tool to help users manage device storage. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and applicable global data protection laws.
As a core tenet of our privacy philosophy: All file scanning, cache identification, and deletion operations are processed 100% locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or upload your personal files, photos, or file directories to our servers or any third-party servers.
To provide our core cleaner functionalities, Flow Clean Lite requires certain device permissions. We only request permissions that are strictly necessary for the App to function. Below is a detailed explanation of the permissions we request, their trigger points, and how they are used:
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Trigger Point: Requested when you tap to view the file directory or specific file types.
Explanation: Used on devices running Android 11 and below to read the contents of your device's external storage. This allows the App to scan and identify junk files, obsolete APKs, and residual caches. All scanning is performed strictly locally.
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Trigger Point: Requested when you enter the file directory.
Explanation: Used on devices running Android 11 and below. This permission allows the App to execute the deletion of the unnecessary files and caches you have chosen to remove.
android.permission.MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Trigger Point: Requested when you tap to view the file directory or specific file types.
Explanation: Required for devices running Android 11 and above. This permission grants broad access to shared storage to allow the App to deeply scan, identify, and manage unnecessary files across the device. We use this exclusively for the App's core cleaner functions. We do not transmit, share, or upload any of your personal files.
android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Trigger Point: Requested upon the first entry at the splash screen (no interruption on the main page).
Explanation: Required for devices running Android 13 and above. This enables the App to send you operational notifications, such as storage alerts or completed cleaning reports.
android.permission.PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS
Trigger Point: Requested when you tap to clear cache files or retrieve cache information.
Explanation: Required for Android 6 and above. This permits the App to access usage statistics and app behavior information to accurately calculate the storage space consumed by other apps and locate clearable cache data.
android.permission.GET_PACKAGE_SIZE
Trigger Point: No explicit user request required.
Explanation: Used on Android 6 and below to read the size of other installed applications, helping to calculate overall available storage.
android.permission.CLEAR_APP_CACHE
Trigger Point: No explicit user request required.
Explanation: Used on Android 6 and below to execute the clearing of caches generated by other applications on your device.
android.permission.REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES
Trigger Point: No explicit user request required.
Explanation: Grants the App the ability to initiate the uninstallation process for other applications that you actively choose to remove.
While we do not collect your personal files, we use third-party services that may collect certain device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data to provide analytics and serve advertisements. These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies:

Flow Clean Lite is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete such information from our records immediately.
