Privacy Policy — Flow Video Assembler
Last updated: September 2026
Flow Video Assembler ("the extension") is a Chrome extension that automates
AI image generation on Flow (flow.google.com) and assembles the resulting
images into a video synced to audio, entirely within your browser.
WHAT WE COLLECT
- License credentials: When you unlock the extension, the name and password
you enter are sent to our license verification server (a Google Apps
Script backed by a Google Sheet) to confirm your license is valid and not
already active on another device. A random device identifier is stored
locally in your browser to support this check.
- No other personal data — such as your name, email, browsing history,
location, or the content of the videos/images you create — is collected,
transmitted, or stored on any server.
HOW YOUR DATA IS USED
- License credentials are used solely to verify access to the extension.
They are not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
LOCAL PROCESSING
- All image generation automation, audio syncing, caption rendering, and
video assembly happens locally in your browser using ffmpeg.wasm. Your
prompts, audio files, images, and finished videos never leave your device
except for the images generated directly by Flow/Veo3 on flow.google.com,
which Google processes as part of that service.
DATA RETENTION
- License verification data is retained only as long as needed to manage
active licenses. You may request deletion by contacting us (see below).
