Welcome to Flow: Free Daily Task Planner ("Flow", "we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a secure, calm, and distraction-free task management experience.
Flow is built with an Offline-First architecture. We do not collect, transmit, store, sell, or monetize your personal tasks, schedules, reflections, checklists, or notes. Your data belongs exclusively to you and remains strictly on your device.
Local Storage Only: 100% of your tasks, subtasks, checklists, notes, voice entries, schedules, reflections, and streak records are stored locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite database using Android Room persistence.
No Remote Servers: We do not operate user account databases, cloud sync servers, or remote telemetry for your personal entries.
No Account Required: Flow does not require sign-up, login, email registration, password creation, or phone number verification.
Flow provides an optional Backup & Restore feature that exports your task database into a standard JSON file.
These backup files are created locally on your device storage. You retain total ownership and control over where you choose to save or share your backup files (such as local storage, private cloud drive, or manual transfer).
Flow is a 100% free application supported solely through ethical advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC).
Google AdMob may automatically collect certain technical, non-personally identifiable device data to serve relevant ads in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies:
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and mobile network information.
Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID / AAID), subject to your Android device privacy settings and user reset controls.
Ad Diagnostic Data: Crash logs and ad delivery impressions.

Flow requests only minimal, necessary permissions to perform its core offline task planner functions:
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To deliver your Daily Focus digest and scheduled task reminder notifications on Android 13+.
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM: To ensure your task alarm reminders ring precisely at the scheduled time.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: To automatically restore your local task alarms if your phone restarts.
VIBRATE: To provide tactile haptic feedback for timer completions and alarm alerts.
INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required strictly for Google AdMob banner and interstitial ad delivery.
Flow does NOT request sensitive permissions such as Camera, Contacts, Precise GPS Location, Microphone Recording Storage, or Call Logs.
Flow is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

How to delete your data?
Instant Wipe: You can delete all your tasks, lists, notes, and preferences at any time from Settings > Clear All Data.
App Uninstallation: Uninstalling the Flow app from your Android device permanently erases all locally stored database files.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app updates or legal compliance. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date".
