Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Flotta ("Flotta", the "App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, processes, and discloses information when you use the App.
Flotta is an all-in-one smart audio toolkit that allows users to record audio, generate to-do lists from recordings, produce AI summaries, and import and analyze local audio files on their mobile device.
Because Flotta does not require account registration, information is generally associated with your device rather than a user account.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Microphone and Audio
Microphone access is the core functionality of Flotta.
With your permission, Flotta may access your device microphone to:

Microphone and storage access is only used at the moment you actively initiate a recording or import. The App does not access your microphone or files in the background or without user action.
Users may revoke microphone or storage permissions at any time through device settings.
1.2 Storage Access
With your permission, Flotta may access your device storage to:
Save recordings, transcripts, summaries, and to-do lists locally on your device
