All orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

2️⃣ 花材与设计
Photos are for reference only; actual products may vary.
Due to seasonal or stock availability, we may substitute flowers of equal or higher value without prior notice.
我们保留根据库存替换等值或更高价值花材的权利。
3️⃣ 送花时间与地址
Delivery times are approximate; specific time requests will be done on a best-effort basis.
Please ensure the delivery address and recipient’s contact number are correct.
若因地址错误、无人接收或电话无人接听而无法送达，需另行安排二次配送并可能产生额外费用。
4️⃣ 订单更改与取消
Changes or cancellations are accepted at least 24 hours before delivery.
For same-day orders, no cancellation or refund is allowed once flowers are prepared.
同日订单一经准备后不可取消或退款。
5️⃣ 花品质量与售后
Flowers are fresh and perishable items.
Please check the arrangement upon receiving.
If you find any quality issue, contact us within 1 hours of delivery with clear photos.
鲜花属于易腐商品，收花后2小时内如有质量问题，请附图联系我们。
6️⃣ 不可抗力
In the event of natural disasters, road closures, or unexpected situations beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule or modify the delivery.
7️⃣ 店家保留权利
We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
